TLC was formally registered with Cultural Foundation, Abu Dhabi and an inaugural function was held on 19 th February 2004.

The 3 rd Year TLC Annual Day Celebration was carried out at Cultural Foundation, Abu Dhabi on 30 th December 2004. The chief guest for the occasion was Mrs. Manorama. The programme included, Certificate to the 2 nd batch of the students learning tamil through TLC, release of TLC's magazine for the year 2004 and colourful cultural programme.
